Our healing ministries serve as spaces for parishioners to heal through the power of Christ. Through sharing life experiences with peers in confidential settings, these small groups serve the human needs of our parishioners.

In the New Testament, widows flourished in their ministry as they drew closer to Christ and to Christ’s people. This ministry provides widows of our parish an opportunity for fellowship, mentorship, and Bible study while drawing inspiration from the lives of widowed saints.
This ministry allows widowers (men) to realize they are not alone. The group will serve as an appropriate avenue for expressing emotions, provide information on dealing with grief and loss, and serve as a place to gain hope and reduce distress. Additionally, the ministry will provide camaraderie and friendship as members will be invited to social outings in the Tulsa area, opportunities to visit other parishes to pray for others experiencing loss, and short spiritual retreats. Members will meet weekly on Monday nights from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the basement of the Sacred Heart Evangelization Center (JP23 Room).

This ministry provides support in a confidential setting for divorcees. The experience of a broken marriage can leave one feeling broken, lost, and need in of both spiritual and peer-to-peer support. Designed for newly separated and divorced and those still struggling with issues many years later.
Childcare will be provided at meetings.
Meeting Dates (Fletcher Hall | 6 to 7 p.m.):
The goal of Lazarus Journey is to provide resources for parishioners in recovery from a drug or alcohol addiction, to help maintain their sobriety and to support their loved ones. Lazarus Journey’s work is focused on providing education, support and referral in a confidential manner. Nothing destroys a family or relationship faster than addiction. Our Parish began Lazarus Journey to provide a supportive, familiar and confidential environment for healing. It is modeled after work developed by the Calix Society and several other Catholic, faith-based substance addiction ministries. We believe in the benefits gained from 12-step programs like Alcoholic Anonymous, Al-Anon and Narc-Anon and it works to complement these programs with deeper spiritual development. Our work is aimed at helping participants enrich their spiritual life, which statistically enhances success in the neverending fight against their addiction.
Meetings are once a week in a confidential group setting and focused on education and support for members.

This ministry provides support for families, spouses, and friends of people in recovery from drug or alcohol addiction. Addiction affects the entire family, and the stigma associated with it can prevent addressing the issues that affect those who love the addict. Meetings are held weekly in the evenings in a confidential setting and will complement AA's 12-Steps Program.
