On April 7, the Men's Club Catholic Leadership Series will welcome Rob Kaiser, principal at Monroe Demonstration Academy (Tulsa Public Schools). These lunch and learns take place quarterly from noon to 1 p.m. in Fletcher Hall and include lunch. All speakers will focus on how they integrate their faith into their profession.
The cost is $50 and includes participation in four lunches. **NOTE: This event is the third out of four in the series.**
Rob Kaiser is currently the principal at Monroe Demonstration Academy in Tulsa Public Schools. Rob started his teaching career with Tulsa Public Schools in 2013. He began his career at Cooper Elementary School where he taught 4th grade for two years and Physical Education for two years and in 2015 was named Tulsa Public Schools District Teacher of the Year. Rob has spent the last 5 years on 48th and N Lewis at Monroe Demonstration Academy serving as an assistant principal for 3 years, and is now in his second year as the principal.
Rob came to Tulsa with Teach for America in 2013 after playing 4 years of college basketball and graduating from the University of Lynchburg with a degree in Physical Education. Rob went on to graduate with a degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Oklahoma in Education Leadership and Curriculum Supervision.
Rob is married to his wife, Sydney, and they both welcomed their son Isaiah to the world last July. Rob is an active parishioner at Christ the King and enjoys boxing, cycling and still getting to still run some basketball games with his students.
