Catechesis of the Good Shepherd

A new year of Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) is starting on October 29! It is open to all children in the parish ages three to six and will be held most Sundays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. (the last class will be in May) in the ECDC Atrium.

CGS is a Montessori approach to helping young children receive and experience the most essential elements of our faith. Through this hands-on program, the mystery of God is made more concrete for the child, allowing his or her unique relationship with God to flourish. The program is designed to nurture the relationship of the child and Jesus through song, prayer, presentation and hands-on work.
